I don't know about the BR but all the others look like pullets.

They are all hens, the only doubt is the barred rock, the comb is kind of pink.

they are all girls, 99.9% the barred rock is girl colored and BRs just have kinda big combs.

Look like pullets to me. The BR has pullet coloring even though her comb is a little deceiving.
