    Hi All,

Im from Australia and am just starting out my little backyard farm with two chickens, a commercial black and Rhode Island Red.

So far I'm really enjoying my chooks and would definitely have bought them years ago had I known what lovely pets they can be.

I am a little unsure of the sex of my RIR but will post in the correct location shortly, hopfully its not a rooster....

Anyway looking forward to much helpful info & a lifetime of fresh eggs [IMG]

Hi there from down in Melbourne. [IMG]

Good to see a new member from the top end. From what I hear from a workmate who just transferred to our Darwin office - ducks night do better up there in the rainy season [IMG]
