New Baby Chick Isn't Walking-Need Advice

I have three chicks, one hatched yesterday morning, other two this morning. The one who hatched yesterday isn't walking, the other two are all over the place. What's wrong with her, how can I help?

We made a brace out of vet wrap, she is hopping around now. My daughter has her and is working with getting her to walk.

I have one more that has a leg that will not release. I'll put pictures up, hopefully I can get some input on what I can do. She doesn't really try to walk, mostly lays down. I tried gently pulling but she cried so I stopped.
