New baby chicks

i hatched some baby chicks and 2 of them are constantly pecking each others eye balls and eye lid they almost took another chick's eye out what should i do.

This is normal behavior and won't take an eyeball out though it might look like it might. The behavior will stop when the chicks learn what food is; right now they are testing.

Show us the brooder.

Put a mirror in with them. Show them food with your fingers, or put scrambled eggs for them to peck. To get them to eat, say "Lok-lok-lok!"
