New Bantam Layers.

I have some new Silver Sebright Bantam Hens. I've only had chickens about a year. These Mama's have been laying for about 6 weeks. None of them are broody. Should I always collect OR should I leave them and give them a chance to raise a clutch? Is it too hot? Will the eggs ruin? I appreciate all advice. TIA.

I would let them test it, so maybe leave eggs out for a few days and if none go broody then just toss those eggs out, or feed them back to your girls after you scramble them.
