Luna my cochin bantam has been broody for at least 3 months, since her eggs failed to hatch (they were fertile and died along the way)
she suddenly decided to be part of the flock again.
Izzy and Hazel (my polish and maran) along with my 4 ducks were brought into the coop with my NH Red sally and luna who was broody at the time and wanted nothing to do with any other coop mates

Well she now has a new best friend. Izzy my white crested black polish, I find them together all the time now.
Luna i have moved from the coop she was staying in while she was broody, she still goes and sits on top of the small coop waiting to be let in, I have to pick her up and move her to the big coop, well I went to put them all to bed and they are all usually in there when I go, I was like where's izzy?
there she was sitting on the top of the small coop with Luna. Izzy is usually in the big coop already at this time I notice they stay together.. I think it's because they are both small chickens

I am so happy to see her out again..
here they are doing what they do best.. checking out everything on me
