New big hen (Lohmann) aggression towards smaller female chickens.

Hello friends,

I recently purchased Neena ( Lohmann) Breed . She is being a very nasty aggressive hen towards serama . its very strange that she likes my 2 roosters and she would not say anything to them but she would not leave the hens alone.
Has anyone had the same issue and what have you done to resolve the issue

It could be size but it defiantly sounds she is letting "Everyone" know she's the boss.She may not pay attention to the roosters because they are much tougher and set on dominating all the hens.
