    Welcome to BYC.
If you share a little more information about the process you have used we can try to help you. Knowing the type of incubator you are using, what your temperature and humidity readings were during the process, whether you were using an auto-turner or hand turning, etc can all help. Did you calibrate your thermometer prior to placing eggs in the incubator? When you did the eggtopsies at what stage did it appear the chicks had died? Did you see any evidence of internal or external pips indicating that they had reached the point of hatch?

Well I had a homemade incubator out of a Styrofoam cooler I have a 13 watt bulb in and I didn't know I needed to calibrate the thermostat so no I didn't do that... I also have a bowl with a sponge in water they did very good for the first 4 days thab on the 5th they cooked .... I didn't have a fan in cause it was already so cold in the room but I will be putting a fan in before I start again... when I broke the eggs open I seen one real baby and in the other ones I seen in the yoke like a white circle soft spot than like a bunch of little white rings in the yoke
