Went to a swap an hour away in the early hours this morning. I was drooling on myself and it was raining so I was looking forward to a good start to make this day worth it. It was my first swap, and I wasn't really expecting much. However, there was a good variety there. Mostly chickens, goats and rabbits, but there were some people with ducks. So, in the pouring cold rain I found this little girl. My sister was holding the carrier because she was after silkie chickens, so I had to wrap this girl in my hoodie and she was mad, but only so mad. I brought her home and let her run around with my runners to see how well they got along, and she immediately became the popular one. I've named her Barbie. [IMG][IMG]

A poultry swap, kind of like a flea market but with birds. You can trade or buy.

How old is she? She almost looks like she's standing more upright than a non-runner duck, but next to the runner she's not that straight.

    Cutie.
