Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join our flock. That's quite a mix of animals you have. I have seven Black Sex Link hens of my own and they are laying machines. I'm a chicken person and don't know much about turkeys, guineas, pheasants, quail, or ducks (although I've had a few ducks and have to admit that ducklings are the ultimate in cute), but if you have any questions about turkeys, guineas, pheasants, quail, or ducks, just post them on our turkeys (https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/20/turkeys), guineas (https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/45/guinea-fowl), pheasants (https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/50/pheasants-and-partridge-chukar), quail (https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/48/quail), or ducks (https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/42/ducks) sections and I'm sure you'll get lots of replies. Good luck with your farm.
