Our new chicks arrived yesterday!! They are so cute! I ordered 20 Black sex link chicks and 5 white leghorns. There are two brown chicks and I am not sure what they are...I thought maybe they were male black sex links but the pics I have found I dont think so now. Any suggestions? If you need better pics just let me know!!

    In the shipping box.

I ordered them from a local feed store. The box they came in said Welp, INC on it.

That looks dangerous having a chick on a cat.[IMG]

Quote:I agree. If they are "extras" they are probly roo's. which means you will have some very beautiful boys when they get bigger. Talky too, if my Humphrey is the "norm"[IMG]

Those are too cute! My cat looks just like yours, but I won't let her near the chicks. She REALLY wants to "play" with them. Lol.

The cat doesnt really care about them at all. She acts like they are not even there. We had a few out and she came around but just layed in our laps while we held the chicks. She is an odd cat....The chicks are all doing well! No problems yet. They all seem to peck at each other but I havent noticed any sores or missing fuz or anything on any of them....We shall see...The kids absolutely love them.. We have to get one out occasionally for them to see because if not Kayden will get one out on his own and we dont want them to get hurt! [IMG]
