New chick drinks water but spits back out like can’t swallow?

Hi now watching my new chick born last night. He takes drink of water but spits back out like he isn’t able to swallow. Some bubbles too. I posted earlier how bubbles were coming from his mouth. But now I just watched him drink and it seemed the water didn’t go down and bubbles came out with the water. Someone replied maybe fluid in his lungs . He is pecking the food a little too. He chirps and walks around ok.

If he's chirping I doubt there's water in his lungs. How is he doing today?

He is much better today. I saw him drink water on his own and he didn’t spit it back out. Also he is pecking at the food more too. He chirps a lot. Hopefully just needs a little TLC.
