Dog got into coop and broke the eggs my bird was sitting on. One chick still had yolk attached but is chirping is it possible to save it?

Maybe. Keep it the right temperature, don't let the others trample it, and hope for the best.

You will have to be a bit extra-careful of temperature, because it can't walk to a warmer or cooler place right now.

If all goes well, it will absorb what's left of the yolk sack, start moving around, and can then be treated like a normal chick.
