this little chick belongs to a brahma x hen. she laid the egg and she sat on it. but the other 9 eggs havn't hatched and i needed to take it away, but mother hen goldy who is a bantam buff broody and already had 7 chicks. she gladly accepted it. but it was a shame for the brahma x hen her name is pretty. so here are some pictures of the new chick, the hen who hatched it and goldy. the chick has been named donna after our carer for my grandmother she said it had to be called donna because it was red (she has red hair everyhwere!) and if it was a male it would be called donald
