New chick with leg problem

My wife and I found 5 Silkie chicks at a small animal sale a few weeks ago. They were newly hatched. When we got our chicks home, we noticed one with a leg problem, the chick doesn't use it's left leg. It scoots around in the brooder to get to food and water dragging the leg. I suspect we will need to euthanize it. I don't feel good about killing it. How do you kill something as cute as a chick? If need be, I will drown it.

Is there anything we can do??

Anyone know what the problem is?
