New chicken...Ameraucana??

    I got a new chicken yesterday. The lady I got her from said Araucana, But looks more like an Ameraucana to me. Especially since she does have a tail. Or maybe even mixed?? Sorry the pics are so blurry. I just snapped a few pics of her with my phone as close as I could get to her for now. She's a bit skiddish so hopefully after a few weeks she will warm up to us like our Silkies have. Here she is with our Silkies....

    I will also be updating pics of my Silkies soon to see if anyone can determine if they are pullets/cockerels yet. So far I'm thinking the brown one and one of the greys are cockerels. We shall see....

    I cannot tell you what breed the chicken is and be right about my answer.
    But the 2 silkies in the 4th picture are looking like cockerels.

    From what I can see from the photos you have two pullets and 2 cockerels with the Silkies
    And I do kinda agree with morgan it kinda looks like a EE but, I wouldn't know don't know much about them.

    She's a pretty EE. Ameraucanas only have eight recognized colors and she isn't one of them but she very well may lay blue or green eggs.

    Ok thank you. I didn't even think about EE's. And yes, she does lay blueish green eggs.
