Hey everyone this is my fist time having chickens and I LOVE them! We are from Alabama. I have 1 cream legbar rooster, 1 cream legbar hen, and 6 leghorn hens! Today is their fist day out of their coop and I haven't left their side since I have let them out! Guess just being overprotective

What a lovely little flock you have started there - that roo over your leghorn hens should yield you some nice little Easter Egger chicks if you decide to hatch some out.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided join our flock. It's definitely better to be overprotective with your chicks, than to be careless with them.) Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your chickens.
