new chicken person

Hi chicken people,
I am new and coming to ya'll after todays unfortunate death of my dear Arri (araucana)...
I think it was impacted crop, but I don't know. Only some of the symptoms matched. I don't want Appi and Blax to go under (appenzells) so I am here to educate myself!
