I picked up a few new chickens yesterday. some cute Bantam Old English and a new brown rose comb roo and an old barred rock hen.
I took some pictures of my Jersey Giants that are finally filling out. I think I will show them in May. They are 6 months old now.

My new BOEG 2 Millie pullets (one is not that good) and a pair of Porcelain looking ones.

And the new old girl (Yes she is a train wreck, but for some reason I could not let her go to auction)

And a new brow (maybe?) rose comb roo for my girls. I lost my old black roo that I had with them. I hope this new guy is show quality.

Very nice. I have my own train wreck. They sure do know how to pull on your heart strings don't they?
    Love the jap.

That rose comb sure is handsome, did you take any of your birds to the show in Stevenson?

Quote:I didn't go. I felt it was too far. (Yeah I know I am whimpy when it comes to traveling)
We are going to the youth fair the first weekend in May and there is another show at the fair grounds in Centralia some time around mothers day too. I need more info about that one. I have just heard rumors not facts about it yet. [IMG]
