New Chicks and Older Hens

Hi, I want to buy about 20 baby chicks. I already have 25 hens and two roosters. Can I put the baby chicks in with the adults and let the hens take care of them or do I need to separate them?

I don't think your hens will take care of the chicks. Don't know how long you have to wait before they can be put together.
