New Chicks have loose droppings.

My week old baby chicks are acting fine running around and eating but their bowels seem to be a little loose.
Brown but a lot of waterish brown area around a tiny dot of formed. (sorry)
I guess its loose .Havent had this before on others I dont think but. these babies are on paper towels not pine shaving so maybe just shows up more.
Any idea what to do.Ihave read someting beofre but forgot what was said. yogurt?.

Plain yoghurt is good for helping their digestive systems work properly. As is a little Apple Cider Vinegar in their drink water. Are you feeding them medicated starter?
