I bought some bantam chicks and I was hoping someone could help me identify what breed they are. I'm new here thanks in advance!!! The last one has me puzzled. It's little wings point our and curl up. It's cute but I want to make sure it isn't something wrong 20180331_203817.jpg 20180331_203759.jpg 20180331_203739.jpg 20180331_203720.jpg 20180331_203702.jpg 20180331_203625.jpg

Also the first one has 5 toes from my research I think it's a silkie but I have no clue what color it might be

    #1. White Silkie
    #2. Mottled Cochin
#3. OEGB, probably Black Breasted Red
    #4. Black Cochin
    #5. Porcelain d'Uccle
#6. Can't really tell, is there any way you could capture other angles? :) Kind of hard to tell from the top.

You're so welcome! :D Nothing I love more than identifying bantams. :love

It appears to be a Cochin, possibly frizzled. :) (one of my Cochin cockerels had wonky, curly wing feathers at that age, but they straightened out) Nothing's wrong with your baby. :) Can't really tell what color variety at this point, but time will tell!

Agreed. # 6 appears to be a frizzled cochin.

    Aren't they just precious? :love
Maybe keep an eye on those bantam assortment bins at your local feed stores, they oftentimes have Silkies in the bunch! I spotted Black, Splash, Buff, and White the other day while browsing at Rural King. ;)
