how often do you clean the brooder and how do you clean it

I would spot scoop if you see poop, but I don't see a need to remove all the shavings . That would also be really dusty for them.

After they're moved to a larger coop I'd clean and sanitize everything (probably in three-four weeks)

That waterer is for hamsters and such, we use it fit small dogs in our kennel.
