New Chicks

Hi, I am about to purchase my first Silkie Chicks. Do I need to purchase all from one batch or can I get two from one place and two from another? Do they need to be separated until they get to know each other and then put together? Are there other concerns? TIA

you can get them from different batches, if they are young ther eis no need to seperate them, as long as they around the same age.
