My shed conversion is finished!
Everything inside the new coop (apart from the shed itself) is recycled, the roosts and nests are made of pallets, and painted with paint I already owned.
The chickens are moving in once the broodies' eggs hatch.
I'll take better pics (and pics of the outside) tommorow. It's dark now.

The upper nest box is higher than most of your ladder perch levels.
 
Thanks. Most of my chickens are silkies so they can't fly so well. Some are a bit cooky (ehem Ginger ehem) so I wanted to make sure it was low enough for them.
Then how will they get up to the upper box? Why put it there in the first place?
Based on the size of the coop, you really don't need more than the bottom box.
