New Coop Construction/Coop Plans - With Photos.

    I bought Black Copper Marans recently and needed something to house them in. I wasn't happy with the pallet idea - so, I decided to make the walls 5' and buy 10 ft. 2x4 and cut everything in half. I think I'm going to go with a 'hip roof'. I went out to the barn this morning and found I already had all the 2x6 for the floor. And I was able to find stuff I bought from home depot and return it. I think this might be a very low cost coop!

    Well, after much delay I finally got around to uploading some photos. I've made more progress than what's shown, just have to take some more photos! [​IMG]

    It looks a bit goofy now that it is all complete. The walls are only 5' and I have a 10 inch overhang, oh well...
