New Coop with pics

    I got a new coop(dad and I built)

    With side covered

    The HUGE RUN(approx 30-50 ft long, and 5ft wide)

    Have you thought about putting a solid floor over the wire? Not only will it be easier on their feet, it will keep predators out. You'd be amazed at how many critters can fit hands and teeth through those openings.

    I think you should ask the pro's about the cage floor. I would think it might damage their feet because the wire is too spread out. I would put a tighter mesh on the floor, or an area for them to get off the wire. ouch!

    Ok, i put a board on the dropping wire. it is only 1/4 with wire.

    like what do u mean? I mean't that i covered up 3/4s of the bottom with a wooden board, and so 1/4 is wire.

    yup yup yup![​IMG] what can i do to help keep them warm. No heater can be installed.
