OHHH they look like a big version of mine!!!
My little mama mallard just hatched yesterday in late afternoon and she hatched out 13! Yours look to be about a week old, mine are so tiny they can fit thru chicken wire holes so had to do a little revamping of the pen last night. They grow sooo fast so enjoy your time with them! My first set hatched on the 18th of June and they are already bigger than my little mama who just hatched her's last night.
Ohh and I have a little kiddy pool set up and have a peice of 2x4 in the pool along the edge and a peice on the outside to give the little guys the extra boost just so no one can't get in and no one can't get out
