New eggs

My younger hens are starting to lay.
What do most BYC folk do with the tiny misshapen eggs?
Dy'all just mix them in with a good egg and eat them.
The one I got last evening was maybe as big as a golf ball and almost perfectly round.
Oops forgot to mention these eggs are from either Orpington or Brahma hens.
Well, I am assuming. A hen that has been laying for a couple years would not revert to small eggs when she comes back into her laying season, right?

Crack each one into a cup. You could get one without a yolk.
The small eggs are delicious. You may need 3 for breakfast. . GC

You can get funky eggs from older birds around molting time..and it is molting time.

As long as an egg is intact, no cracks, they should be fine to eat.
When in doubt....
Open eggs one at a time in a separate dish before adding to pan or recipe,
use your eyes, nose, and common sense to decide if egg is OK to eat.

Worked great for my breakfast sandwich. Small egg fit on the biscuits a lot better..lol

Oops! Sorry guys, I am really bad about pics.
I was making breakfast and had a couple left over bisvbisc so I et it.
If I get another I will photograph it first.
I mean I will try to remember to photograph it.
