Hi, I'm new to BYC and to raising chickens. I have run across BYC pages during most of my researching topics on chickens. I have found all the information so beneficial that I decided to join! I'm from Texas, and I have always loved animals. My husband and I have 3 dogs, 5 cats, 1 Hermit Crab, 11 chickens, and some cattle. At one time we had 3 rabbits, but we suspect a raccon let them out in his or her effort to steal corn and carrots from their food bowls. (I can't think of any other night animals that were smart enough or would be interested enough to open a rabbit hutch for that kind of food...
I'm looking forward to making new friends who are just as interested in chickens and other animals as I am.
