We are new to BYC and look forward to learning a lot! We started our little flock of nine hens a year ago, fell in love with our funny feathered friends and decided to try hatching out some biddies as a school project. As a result we have added 6 more to our pretty group of ladies (the boys went to a friend's flock). We have a nice variety of marans, ameraucanas, one very sweet buckeye, a leghorn, a production red, and a splash polish named Phylis Diller (for those of you over the age of 50 no explanation required lol).
