New Hampshires?

Are these chicks New Hampshires? They are born on April Fools so they are about a month and a half old. One was a buff color and is now getting orange feathers. The other one is a dark orange, almost red. Are they pullets or cockerels? Please experts, pitch in.

Thank God. I know that I have to cockerels out of the pullet bin. A Production RIR and I think a White Leghorn.
