new hatch and chick has guts hanging out!!!! *pics*

I had a chick hatch that had a full yolk sac attached. I put it in a shallow cup to absorb but it didn't work, chick got out and dragged around its sac till it burst. I thought for sure was a gonner. Lasted the night but now I see a "coil" of I would say intestines. Its moving around and chirping. What should I do? Kill it? How do you do this humanely?
