New hen top of pecking order

I've seen posts of a new chicken being added to an existing flock being pecked on/bullied. My situation is reversed. The new hen (same size and approx. age) is bullying my three already peaceful, happy hens! Any suggestions? Since the newbie is the interloper, she would be the 1st to go if the situation doesn't improve!

It might settle down. She may be stressed from the move.
Space and activities help. Foraging together makes fast friends.
