Hi I am Soozin I live 20 minutes outside NYC but wish I was a farmer lol. I have almost an acre and a half (that is a whole lot for my area) I do all my own organic gardening, and presently have 6 chickens (all mixed breeds) 1 roo and 5 hens. I had them moved to my garage until next spring(I have to be careful they are not zoned in my area) when I am going to build a huge coop in the back. I just ordered a bunch of eggs from E-bay lol and hatched 4 austrolorps Monday and today. It was my first time hatching ever and I am very excited. I also have runner ducks in there and some other chickens that will hopefully hatch next week. I am very happy to have found this forum I am sure I will have tons of questions. [IMG]
