The black and white one looks like a barred rock.

Rooster or hen

I disagree on the barred on. The Plymoth Rocks don't have rose combs. Dominique are a rose combed breed with black and white barring. I think that would be a better match. The tail feathers are saying rooster on that one.

The orange one in the first two photos looks like a rooster too. The Red one in the 3 photo and Orange one in the last look like hens.

They look like layers breeds to me. The Red one is the color of a Rhode Island Red and the orange ones are similar to the color of a New Hampshire but lighter weight and narrower bodies.
