I am very new to chickens, my husband has had them but this is my first time. We got them the week after Valentine’s Day.

At the moment we have 7, 4 barred rocks and 3 golden laced Wyandottes. This weekend we will be getting 4 RIR layers and in June we have 4 black sex links coming.

Every question I have googled comes up with a link here so I figured it was the happening place to be for fowl.

Horses, they’re my other hobby.

I am a stay at home mom to a 13 year old, 5 year old and 4 month old. We have a Rottweiler, 2 horses, 7 chicks, 6 ducks, 4 pea fowl, 3 turkeys, 25 guineas, a pig, a cow and a goat. I’m kind of learning as I go to homestead, hoping to get bees soon.

I’m usually funnier than this but I’m tired lol
