Hey! I am new and would loved as much as advice here as I can get!I'll tell you a few things about me and my hens!

We flock/stick together, and every so often,we read together.I love my hens.
My whole flock is mixed with,Production reds,Buff orpingtins, red and black hybrids, australorps, and barnyard mixes, and a rooster who is a mixed I belive so,alos bantams newhampshires, and a EE,I think..I like pure breds and Barnyard mixes,1 of the best birds!

    I have a question,might 1 of my australorps be Dominique?She has 1 white feather and a few dominigues,but she is mostly all black!Any suggestions,thanks!

I would suggest posting a thread and picture of her in the "What Breed or Gender is This?" forum.

And feel free to post any questions you may have!

Welcome to BYC! [IMG]I'm glad you joined the BYC "flock".

It sounds like you have a nice variety of birds! I don't think that your Australorp is a Dominique just because of a few barred feathers and a white feather. Some Australorps, especially when they come from hatcheries, tend to grow in a few off-colored feathers. It's also possible that she's a mix. If you're not sure, you can post a photo of her, and we'll be happy to help confirm her breed.[IMG]

    Good luck with your flock!
