Hey yawl, just a little on myself here. I live in LA (Lower Alabama) and work at one of the biggest shipyards here on the weekend. Just started my coop last fall and I've finally put some birds in it 2 weeks ago. I'm new at raising chicken's so any help would be great. I'm working on learning how to raise chicken's to help anyone in my community who needs egg's. I've go 5 Red's and a rooster so far. My pen is 10x10 with a wooden laying box on the outside end, 8 total. Good to be here.[IMG]

    Have a good day!

Hi and [IMG]. Chickens are so much fun. You may become addicted and find yourself wanting more. This is a great site to find help for just about anything you may need.
Best of wishes to you and the chickens.

@dwhiteboy could you get a better picture of the hen? It's hard to tell what breed she is from the picture.
