Hi there. I'm. RW to keeping chickens and looking for any and all advice. I have a small cheap coop but looking to upgrade and have already had some losses due to predators. Looking forward to learning lots here!

Please do check out the predator threads. You really need a secure coop and run, preferably with cover to cut down on predator losses. If you free range, you have to expect some will be taken by preds.
