I guess they would be good for emergency situations but really... I can't imagine no more yummy yolks!

I posted about this, no one responded. They need to stop screwing with mother nature! Its going and already has caused problems. GMO's etc.

The article that I read says they want to use it to make mayo and other processed foods. Yuck! It can not be healthy! Why can't they just stop the factory farms and raise chickens in a humane fashion? Money, it all boils down to money! Then they make more money when we all get sick, doctors, drugs etc. When we could just eat right and stop all of these problems!! ....But there is no money in that!! Crazy world! Its like twilight zone!!

There have been recipes for egg substitutes around for years. You can find many with a simple Google search. Nothing new about any of this. Some folks have egg allergies. Others have philosophical problems with eating eggs. Egg substitutes give them a way to prepare recipes where eggs serve a purpose in making a recipe turn out right.

The article is how these are going to be in everything including food for those of us who are not allergic. Processed food is nasty.
