New laying Hens when to expect eggs?

Hello. new here. We have a large omlet coop with the 13 ft run. We just bought 5 laying hens about 5 days ago. They were said to be 15 months old. They are Red Sexlinks. They have now started coming out of the coop and going into the coop at night. However, they have yet to lay any eggs. Is it just going to take time? What should my expectations be.
The chickens were said to come off a truck with about 150 other birds. Thoughts? I am fairly new so be gentle with your answers. hahaha.

Chickens don't like change so it may just take time for them to adjust to a new home.
With day length increasing exponentially now, this is the time when laying should be in full swing.

They may be going into molt -- especially because they're adult production birds that were probably sold so that the egg farmer could replace them with more productive new layers.
