    that is so cute, they are peeking out of moms feathers. Chicks are always cuter with a momma hen.

    I haven't tried to see what our Chi will do with the chicks. I'm afraid she will think they're toys...and she's wicked with her toys!! [​IMG]

    She will stand at the coop door and cry to get in when I am busy doing things outside near the coop.
    One day she jumped up in one of the nest boxes and just laid in there while I was busy. Wish I had my camera with me then! [​IMG]

    We just tore down the larger one to replace it with a NEW one! [​IMG] It was in really bad shape. A lot of rotten wood, none savalagable because it was full of grub worms.
