I had raised chickens in the pass but for the past 20 years lived i an area where chickens are a no no. This will be changing in a year or two. I plan on raising 4 to 6 hens for eggs. I do love how much info there is available and the great ideas this community has. Great place to forget about things and get back to a different lifestyle. I am in the State of Louisiana.
