Hello! So glad to have found this group. I am Very much looking forward to learning about how to grow my own Organic Chicken Feed. I presently have several breeds of chickens and especially love my SILKIES!! Hoping to get more silkies, maybe several different colors. I work in a Farm store and this time of year it is Crazy Busy with all the newly hatched baby chicks. Love sharing the "joy of chickens" with everyone!

There are several dedicated silkie threads on here, even one re: grooming silkies for show.

If you put "Silkie thread" in the search box some should pop up. You may also be interested in a variety of silkie called "Showgirls,". They are unusual ,people either love them or hate them but, they have silkie characteristics ,personality & broodiness.
