My wife finally broke down and let me get my two boys chickens....Her best friend is the poultry leader for 4H in California. And another friend is the poultry leader here in the Springs. We have 2 leghorns and 2 Buff Orphingtons. I have been spending my weekends building a 4x5 Amish style coup. I hope to have the windows in this weekend. Also I am looking for 2 Americanas if anyone knows of a breeder near Colorado springs. My wife is starting a 4H club for Deaf children and their signing siblings. My youngest non chicken is deaf and attends CSDB in the Springs. I am enjoying watching the chicks grow and hopefully will be out in the coup soon.
