New Member in GA

I am new to BYC and to the chicken world. I presently have 7 Silkies, 2 RIR roosters, 3 hens, 21 Welsummer chicks and 4 guinea. Tomorrow is day 18 in my first attempt at incubating and hatching. It's amazing to see that little life moving around inside an egg shell!!! I will be completely satisfied if only one egg makes it, but if that happens it sure will be one spoiled Silkie.

I only have 3 Silkie roos now but am getting some strait-run chicks next month in hopes for some Silkie hens to go along with my my flock of about 30 of various breeds.
