Hello to my fellow chicken obsessed friends! I am so excited I found this on-line community! I will be sharing pictures soon and have learned new things already. I am new to chickens but just love my flock and there are so many good threads to learn from. I will share my tidbits now and then also! I live in NW Indiana. I have Road Island Reds and Brahma Bantams. The Brahma's have very hairy legs and are so cute! Everyone is surprised by the hairy legs. My rooster's name is Harrison (short for hairy and more noble). I have a yellow one that looks like she's walking around in pj's! Glad to be here! See you soon!

We have had chickens for about 4 years. When I was growing up, we had chickens.
We have one rooster, 4 original ladies who are about 4 years old, and 8 ladies that we got this past July.
I am not sure what breeds we have. I am not good with knowing that kind of thing.
I found this site from in Pinterest pin.
I enjoy knitting, sewing, reading Romantic Historical Fiction, and cooking.
We have a small 9 acre farm. We have 3 useless horses, a million barn cats of which four have found their way into our house, and my college student son has ducks.
