Ordered 20 day old mallards from Whistling Wings Inc. in Hanover Illinois. Ducks were hatched Monday May 2nd and came to the post office Wednesday the 4th. They sent a few extras. I have 22 now and they are 5 weeks old. The ducks will be released on my 4.5 acre pond when they are strong enough to fly.

I am in awe of the second photo, with all the ducklings in that shallow pan of water. SO cute! And all at once! Oh my!

They are being fed Purina gamebird chow startena. Next week I'll be switching them to Purina gamebird flight conditioner until I release them.
