Hi, my name is Gail and I raise orpingtons in Northeast Texas. I have searched the forum many times for answers to questions on incubators and chickens.

    Hi :welcome Gail

Glad you could join us here! Orpington's sure are a lovely breed. Have you been keeping them long?
Do you already incubate or are you just starting out? I love incubating and hatching and watching those chicks emerge from the egg is a remarkable thing.

Wishing you the very best of luck for the future and enjoy your time here on BYC :frow

I've been raising orpingtons for almost 4 years. Just having a problem with leakage on some mottled chicks and was hoping to get some answers, so I came to BYC with my questions. Thanks you all for the welcome!!

Nice to meet you Gail. Thank you for joining us at Backyard chickens. You might want to post your "leakage" question at "what breed or gender is this." Some the usual respondents are extremely knowledgeable about genetics.
